Friends, help me buy (if you have) various old stuff: Help me buy.
The “Power Supplies” section is a reference guide to original AC adapters and power supplies for retro consoles and handheld gaming systems. Here you’ll find tables organized by manufacturer (Nintendo, Sega, Sony, NEC, Atari, SNK, and “Misc”) with the key specs: voltage (V), current (A), plug/connector type, and polarity (center-positive / center-negative and other variants).
Huge thanks to the authors of the guide: they did truly massive work — carefully collecting and cross-checking data for dozens of devices, bringing the specs into a consistent format, and adding important details like polarity and connector types. It’s one of those rare cases where enthusiasts produced material on the level of a proper technical reference. Special thanks for allowing us to publish this work on the site.

This guide is handy if you need a safe replacement for an original PSU, want to check adapter compatibility between regions (JP/EU/US), or want to avoid reversed polarity and plug-size mistakes. For convenience, part of the data is also available as separate pages on the site — you can use the tables directly in your browser.
Two PDF versions of the guide are also available for download: “Power supplies for retro consoles” (PDF) — regular version, and “Power supplies for retro consoles” (print PDF) — print-friendly version.
