Here are two useful finds for original Nintendo hardware.

For Nintendo DS: DSPico flash cartridge with USB-C.

For Game Boy Advance SP: an IPS-ready eXtremeRate replacement shell.

Boxy Pixel All-in-One

In January 2021, one of the coolest Game Boy Advance SP shells became available. It turns the Game Boy Advance SP back into a good old-fashioned brick. The shell is made of aluminum and is one of the best-looking, highest-quality options on the market.

The biggest catch is that you also need to buy an IPS screen and additional buttons, which the same company sells separately. Read the product description carefully!

You can buy the shell from Boxy Pixel.

Revo K101 Plus

An updated version of the Revo K101 Plus has gone on sale! It's the only hardware clone of the Game Boy Advance — meaning it isn't emulation with lag and slowdowns, but a properly functioning console (the only clone that actually works well!).

Besides its excellent screen and comfortable shape, the console can also connect to a TV. It supports games from several other platforms as well: GBC, GB, SMS, NES, GG, and PCE.

You can order the Revo K101 Plus on AliExpress.

Update: this AliExpress listing is no longer available.

EZ-Flash DE

On January 1, 2021, EZ-Flash announced a new flashcart: the EZ-Flash Definitive Edition.

According to the manufacturer, it will bring some massive improvements over the EZ-Flash Omega, enough to put the Definitive Edition at the top of the flashcart market, including:

1. Improved power efficiency.

2. Rumble support for games, including Game Boy Color titles.

3. The ability to launch NDS games directly from the cartridge when used in Nintendo DS systems.

4. And much more!

You can already buy the cartridge on AliExpress: EZ-Flash Definitive Edition.
